Welcome to Year 2!
Attached is an overview of learning for this half term in Year 2.
Please note, PE lessons will be on a Tuesday and Wednesday this half term. For our PE lessons, the children will need to wear their PE kits (red hoodie/jumper, red T-shirt, black leggings or tracksuit bottoms, and pumps or trainers). Please could you ensure that all uniform is labelled. For health and safety reasons, earrings must be removed during PE lessons.
Reading regularly at home remains incredibly important - it helps children to develop fluency, prosody and strengthens their comprehension skills.
We’re also continuing to use NumBots to support maths fluency. Regular practice at home is encouraged to ensure that children further develop their recall of key number facts.
